To provide policies, procedures, rules and regulations on the release, utilization of funds, and monitoring of items authorized under Republic Act No. 11465, the FY 2020 General Appropriations Act (GAA), in accordance with the General and Specific Provisions, thereof.
To synchronize fund release with the implementation of the overall physical and financial plans, targets and schedules submitted by the departments, agencies, and/or operating units (OUs).
To institutionalize a simplified, streamlined monitoring and evaluation of performance information through the required budgetary reports.
