After President Rodrigo Duterte’s recent approval on the dry run of face-to-face classes in January, the chief executive cancels the said approval tonight in view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
According to reports, the Covid-19 virus has mutated with a new strain that could spread more rapidly and has said to have caused the spike of infected cases in UK.
Meanwhile, DepEd released an earlier statement that “Extreme caution” will be exercised if the dry run of face-to-face classes were to be pursued.
