The Office of Undersecretary for Administration (OUA), through the ICTS, in partnership with Smart Communication, Inc. will provide free access to DepEd Commons to all Smart subscribers though its whitelisting capabilities.
The whitelisting will ensure that learners, teachers and personnel with Smart subscriptions may continue to log on to DepEd Commons, even if this platform us to be accessed through devices without load credits.
