The NBM celebration will stage the i-Proclaim Bible Reading Campaign-a continuous, ecumenical, public, and oral reading of the Scriptures reminiscent of the Holy Week Pabasa where representatives from all sectors of society read the Scriptures.
Personnel and staff of the Department of Education from the central, regional, and schools divisions offices, including public and private elementary and secondary schools, and the attached agencies of the department, and other educational institutions, are invited to participate in the celebration on a voluntary basis.
Participation of public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 titled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
