Annalyn M. Sevilla, DepED Usec for Finance-Budget and Performance Monitoring, clarified through a post on her Facebook account on October 28, ” Clarification: This infographics of “NO CLASSES” on Nov 13-15 and 16-17” is from an OLD DepED Phil FB post. The old post is for the 2017 ASEAN Summit held in 2017… not for this year (2019). Please be guided accordingly. Thank you.”
She also clarifies, in the comment section of her post, that as per DepEd Calendar, October 31, 2019, is not tagged as a holiday so technically there are classes and work on the said date.
Except for those areas, schools, and colleges that have made an early declaration of “NO CLASSES” from October 31 to November 2.
