a. Hardship Post
– Transport Inaccessibility
* Hiking
* Animal Ride
* Boat Ride
* Other means of Unusual or Irregular Transportation
Note: Minimum of 5 km
– Difficult of Situation
* Place declared calamitous by the President upon the recommendation of NDRRMC
* Hazards of Life ( armed conflicts ) – SDS
* Dangerous terrain, isolation and extreme weather condition – SDS
Should not exceed 25% of the annual Basic Salary
b. Multi – Grade Teachers
c. Mobile Teachers
d. Non – formal Education or ALS Coordinator
