Tropical Depression Jenny has now landed on the northern part of the country, raising Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 to some areas.
According to PAGASA, at 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression “JENNY” was estimated based on all available data at 125 km Northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan (16.7 °N, 119.4 °E ). Moving North at 35 kph at a strength of a maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 85 kph.
