2024 Step-by-step Procedure for the Online Application (August 11, 2024 CSE-PPT)

  1. Begin by creating a new account at https://ocseas.csc.gov.ph/roxii. Remember, each applicant should have only one account. Make sure to use an active email address during the registration process.
  2. Keep an eye on your email inbox for the confirmation/activation message.
  3. Once you receive the confirmation email, click on the link provided to activate your account.
  4. After successfully activating your account, you will be redirected back to https://ocseas.csc.gov.ph/roxii. Log in using your credentials.
  5. Upon logging in, you’ll be prompted to edit/update your profile. Ensure that all information entered is accurate, then click “Update Profile”. Note that you can only edit/update your profile once.
  6. On your dashboard, you’ll find a list of available slots for each testing center. Click on the “PROCEED” button corresponding to your preferred level of exam and testing center.
  7. Fill out the required details on the online CS Form No. 100.
  8. Select your preferred Field Office or Regional Office for your personal appearance and upload the necessary documents within the one-hour timeframe. We recommend scanning all required documents beforehand and saving them as .jpeg files, ensuring they do not exceed 5mb in size. Attach the correct file to the specific link provided. Failure to do so may result in the disapproval of your application.
  9. Click on “UPLOAD DOCUMENTS” once you’ve attached all required files.
  10. Navigate to the TRANSACTION TAB located on the left side panel of your screen. Your application status should now show as “SUBMITTED”, indicating successful document upload.
  11. Regularly check both your email and OCSEAS account to stay updated on the status of your application.
  12. Once your application has been accepted and evaluated, the status will change to “FOR PAYMENT”.
  13. You have 48 hours to select your preferred date for personal appearance and complete the payment for your exam application within the filing period. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your slot.
  14. Make sure to attend your scheduled appointment at your chosen Field Office or Regional Office. Failure to appear may lead to cancellation of your slot.
