Proclamation No. 845 which was signed by President Rodrigo Duterte declares February 25, 2020, as a special (non-working holiday).
WHEREAS, on 25 February 2020, the country will commemorate the 34th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution which restored democracy and ushered political, social, and economic reforms in the country. -Proclamation No. 845
