The Department of Education (DepEd) starts releasing the uniform or clothing allowance amounting to 6,000 pesos. Many teachers confirmed that they already received their clothing allowance.
Quezon city shared an update regarding their clothing allowance and salary for the month of March last March 16, 2020.
“Sir ung march salary nasa banko Na po., baka bukas nasa ATM Na natin., ung clothing pinapagawa ko na schools ng payroll for submission within this week po.” – Sir Joven Noynay (Quezon City)

Earlier DepEd Secretary Briones requested to fast track the processing of salaries of teaching and non-teaching personnel and early release of cash for the clothing allowance, 13th-month pay, and hazard/overtime pay.
A clothing allowance not exceeding Php 6,000 per annum will be given to qualified civilian government personnel to defray expenses for uniforms or distinctive clothing which are the required appropriate attire for employees in the regular performance of their work.

Ask ko lang po regarding sa clothing allowance. I believe na dapat 6 months in service ka na to avail it. Paano po kung nag substitute teacher muna then after 4 months tsaka naging permanent, makaka avail po ba ng clothing allowance ang ganitong case? Salamat po sa sasagot.

Same here. nagdeduct pa din po sila. Hindi po full salary ang natanggap namin sa QC.

hello po kaguro..in my own opinion po full salary po in the sense na kahit di tayo pumasok the rest of the days of the school year e buo pa rin po matatanggap natin sahod natin.. walang deduction po ng di natin pagpasok…

wala pa po yung clothing allowance at April salary po dito sa Quezon City, particularly Tandang Sora National H.S. po Wala pa din po yung February allowance.

Meron na pong March salary pero wala pang clothing allowance in Leyte Division.
