As part of the government’s efforts to contain and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the country has been put on varying levels of quarantine and has established stringent social distancing measures. These as well as other government interventions necessary in the management of COVID-19 are expected to have implications on the opening of classes for SY 2020-2021. The Department of Education (DepEd) is conducting this survey to better inform its policies and decisions. DepEd values the consultation and involvement of its stakeholders in the decision-making process, particularly those who will be significantly affected by the decision/s relative to the opening of classes.

Sa August na para siguradong covid free na ang pilipinas,
Sa ngayon malabo pa talagang mgstart ng june kasi hanggang ngaun hindi pa mkukuha ng mga bata ang kanilang mga card tapos hindi pa alam kelan sila makakapag enrol.
Because of this COVID crises, i suggest to open the School year on the first week of August.

Since I can not open the link, even though I tried opening it many times I’m just gonna answer here. It’s better if school starts in AUGUST. Because students won’t have the time to buy school supplies and most of their stuff are still in school starts since this quarantine was very unexpected. I suggest DepEd to give students more time to think about it.
