As part of the government’s efforts to contain and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the country has been put on varying levels of quarantine and has established stringent social distancing measures. These as well as other government interventions necessary in the management of COVID-19 are expected to have implications on the opening of classes for SY 2020-2021. The Department of Education (DepEd) is conducting this survey to better inform its policies and decisions. DepEd values the consultation and involvement of its stakeholders in the decision-making process, particularly those who will be significantly affected by the decision/s relative to the opening of classes.

Anytime agreed as COVID-19 free. Above anything else the safety of both teachers and learners matter. Aanhin pa ang dunong kung patay na ang kalabaw. I am teacher but i am a parent first. i cannot compromise my son’s and nephews safety outside our home if there is no full assurance that it is safe to go to school.
