The Department of Education is conducting a survey to better inform its policies and decisions on the opening of classes for SY 2020-2021.

DepEd values the consultation and involvement of its stakeholders in the decision-making process, particularly those who will be significantly affected by the decision/s relative to the opening of classes.

As part of the government’s efforts to contain and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the country has been put on varying levels of quarantine and has established stringent social distancing measures. These as well as other government interventions necessary in the management of COVID-19 are expected to have implications on the opening of classes for SY 2020-2021. The Department of Education (DepEd) is conducting this survey to better inform its policies and decisions. DepEd values the consultation and involvement of its stakeholders in the decision-making process, particularly those who will be significantly affected by the decision/s relative to the opening of classes.

    Wala nang Covid19 pandemic para safe kaming mga estudyante kung sakaling school year na.

    Pag wala na talag covid19 bago pabalikin sa school ang mga student para safe talaga silang lahat. Ok lng lng matagalan pag balik nila sa school atlest safe silang lahat.

  5. Anytime agreed as COVID-19 free. Above anything else the safety of both teachers and learners matter. Aanhin pa ang dunong kung patay na ang kalabaw. I am teacher but i am a parent first. i cannot compromise my son’s and nephews safety outside our home if there is no full assurance that it is safe to go to school.

  6. I think much better po na August na lang mag start..Mahirap na po bgla magstart ang klase na wala tayo assurance na wala na ang covid..kawawa ang mga bata.

    1. i think the month of august is the best to start the classes because may have all students are already knows and well trained how to prevent the covid 19

  7. It is better to start the school year 2020-2021 this July 01,2020, medyo naka ready na ang government and also hopefully tapos na rin ang pandemic na ito. We need also to protect ang safety ng bawat isa.
